Slowly gaining weight
At the moment, I think that I'm slowly gaining weight. That's because, of course I'm having yummy treats. But that will stop soon, I hope. I don't weigh myself that often, which is a shame, really. Oh well, enough negativity.
As a child I was skinny, I don't recall how skinny but weight was never an issue for me. Ever. Even as an adult, I had never dieted, tried to lose weight. My internal weight control feedback was perfect. If I overate, I'd subconsiously lose the weight without even thinking. That was up until the age of 25. Then I started gaining weight, about 1kg a year. At age 29 I develop a health problem and suddenly I'm gaining weight at the rate of 1kg a month. Now, at 43 I'm still battling this. I'm hoping that this is the last time I'm trying to lose weight. Fortunately, I didn't gain too much (17kg) when I was at my heaviest compared with my goal weight.
